This 2500SF log home is a Log ‘kit’ Package from Enertia Homes just outside Raleigh, NC. Its passive solar design features a six foot wide sun space on the south side and a double log wall (10” space between walls) on the north side to incorporate passive air flow. This design drastically reduces heating and cooling costs throughout the year.
